To perform backup and restore operations on 64-bit machines, the 64-bit version of the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Client Agent for Windows must be installed with the server. 3.0 System RequirementsThe following sections provide information about theminimum system requirements for each BrightStor ARCserveBackup component. 3.1 BrightStor ARCserve Backup Base ProductThe minimum system requirements for BrightStor ARCserveBackup are: CPU: 350 MHzRAM: 512 MBDisk Space: 500 MB free disk spaceInternet Explorer: Version 6.0In addition to these requirements, you should considerthe disk space necessary for the Raima or Very LargeDatabase (VLDB), the default BrightStor ARCserve Backupdatabase.
